Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Lahore

Hello Doctor, I’m a 30-year-old male with consistently mild high hemoglobin (16–16.5 g/dL, once 17 g/dL in winter). My hematocrit stays around 48–50%, WBC and platelets are normal. EPO is 13 mIU/mL (normal) and JAK2 mutation is negative. I have mild allergy (IgE 800) but no symptoms like dizziness or redness. Kindly review if this pattern is secondary or needs further work-up.
