Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Lahore

Hello Doctor, I’m a 30-year-old male with consistently mild high hemoglobin (16–16.5 g/dL, once 17 g/dL in winter). My hematocrit stays around 48–50%, WBC and platelets are normal. EPO is 13 mIU/mL (normal) and JAK2 mutation is negative. I have mild allergy (IgE 800) but no symptoms like dizziness or redness. i have a mild nose DNS issue. Kindly review if this pattern is secondary or needs further work-up.

Kindly get your blood gas analysis to check the Oxygen saturation and go to any doctor for checking if your spleen is palpable or not. Your managent would be dependent on these reports. Ideally your Hct should be maintained below 45.
