There is no reliable test for hemophilia carrier except DNA testing,there are very little chances of your wife being carrier, however you can get DNA testing for hemophilia carrier done from Agha Khan Lab or any other good you are hemophilic,all your daughters will be carrier and all your son's will be healthy

you can also have your wife's factor VIII and factor IX levels tested. This can help clarify in 80-90% of cases, but is not 100% foolproof.
2) best way is to check DNA testing for hemophilia A and B
3) you should see a hematologist: making a family tree with detailed history can work out whether your wife is at risk of being a carrier or not.
carrier status of Hemophilia is determined by doing Factor V111 levels. In carriers Factorv V111 level is low then normal however exact status of carrier is determined by carrying out Genetic Analysis/ Molecular studies.
