Talk to Hematologist on ITP Disease Since 2020 Now 9k Platelets Left

I have completed all the courses of tablets from 2020 but still my platelets are decreasing and there is no improvement with the medicine. I have done all my treatment from Rawalpindi CMH since 2020 and In 2024, I also took medicine from Karachi AghaKhan, but it didn't make any difference. I have sometime mouth bleeding and headache Doctor recommend me operation of splene now but i didn't want to operate please tell me solution

If you platelets counts are not improving on medication then you do kill the villian in your case Spleen is main villian which is responsible for the destruction of platelets.Can you share all the details of investigations and previous management plans with me.
