Talk to Hematologist on Neck Lymph Nodes Tuberculosis

I was diagnosed with Lymph node tuberculosis and completed 9 month course. But still there is abscess formation in my neck, I had 2 surgeries and again there is abscess formation (solid type). Dr always just do surgery and then there is again abscess formation after 1 or 2 months after surgery although my TB course is completed and I have no fever & no ESR level high. Then why abscess formation? Is there is any chances for deep neck abscess tumor or carcinoma? All tests are normal. Please guide. What to do? 3 surgeries in a year is not a solution.
