Talk to Hematologist on Severe Anemia / No Bleeding Source Identified
Asking for Mother, Female, 47 years old, islamabad
My mother has severe anemia and we have visited many specialist , (endocronologist , hepatogist, heaptologist) but after performing endoscopy and colonoscopy they couldn't find any source of bleeding as blood occult test came positive.We are stressed and find lost . Please guide us.I am attaching some reports for reference.If any test needed please guide what should be done

At time there are multiple minutes ulcers which are not visible by naked eye. I would suggest to review all orally administered medication and consult a Hematologist for proper management of your mother
