Talk to Hematologist on Tiredness,sunken Eyes, Weakness

For quite some time now, I have been feeling a lot of weakness. My body color also feels a bit pale. I feel sleepy all the time and I’m very tired. Even in the morning when I wake up after sleeping, I still feel tired. By afternoon or evening my energy becomes completely low. My eyes feel very tired. Even my eyes look sunken and I am getting dark circles under my eyes.
One doctor told me that I have blood deficiency, Iron Deficiency Anemia. I also went to a Hakeem and he also said I have Anemia and Iron Deficiency. Because of that my eyes look dull, my color is getting pale, and all these symptoms are happening.
Then I decided to get a Venofer drip, but before that I thought I should get my complete blood tests done. I got my CBC done and I have attached the report with this. According to this, I think everything is normal. So then where is the problem coming from? I don’t understand this.
Should I go ahead and get the Venofer drip done?
Yes these symptoms are related to iron deficiency anemia , your Hb is in normal range but with Hb we also see other parameters like MCV, MCH etc which are on the lower limit of normal and can indicate a developing iron deficiency please do a cbc with peripheral smear, retic count , serum ferritin and thyroid function tests as hypothyroidism can also give these symptoms Don’t administer venofer till these reports, please stop hakeemi medicine. Ok, that can be a cause for developing iron deficiency, please do your PT,aPTT along with other tests i have mentioned. Improve your diet. Once you have documented iron deficiency, i will give you management plan accordingly.
