Asking For Self, Male 27, Karachi

Hello Doctors, One of our GP has put me on medication for reducing Hep B viral Load as it was 3690. He asked me to take it for a year, I am wondering why he put me on medicine with such tiny viral load? I was diagnosed with HBV+HDV LFT Normal Ultrasound Normal HBV DNA : 3690 HDV RNA: Negative Igm: Negative

Can I stop med after taking for 5 months??
