Hepatitis B usually does not cause low Hb untill it cause severe liver damage called cirrhosis. Anemia (low Hb) in her could be due to:
1. Low iron/ɓ12 in Nutrition (should eat meat and other iron containing food)
2. Decrease absorption (wheat allergy or celiac disease, worms in intestine, TB, IBD
3. Excessive loss in monthly cycles (if so, consult a gynecologist)
Need complete CBC, Iron profile, Ferritin, B12, RBC folate levels, stool DR, Anti TTG Ab (IgA, IgG), TSH.
for hepatitis B, need LFT, HBeAg, Delta Ab, HBV DNA (quantitative), Ultrasound Liver.
