well my friend was recently diagnosed as a case of hepatitis B as his HbsAg was positive then a GP advised him to do Quantitative PCR which was 698 only now my question is at what viral load should he be concerned about the severity of the disease and are there any international travel restrictions like going to europe for example for people with hep B
