Last time 3 saal pehlay Check karaya tha Doctor sb ne kaha tha k medicines ki zarurat nahi hay filhal, ab 3 saal hogaye hain, Recently LFTs/ultrasound kiya hay to wo normal hay. Ab mujay kya kuch tests karnay chahiye, medicine ki to zarurat nahi? JazakAllah

plz check fibroscan to assess liver damage. Also check HBeAg and Delta Ab if not done before. you should do CBC, LFT, AFP, ultrasound liver every 6 months. HBV PCR can be done once a year if persistently negative.
Also, screen all family members by checking HBsAg, and if they are negative then vaccinate them for Hepatitis B. especially your wife (if married).
