GGT is non sepcific. can be high due to drugs or alcohol. ALT has improved. likely due to treatment of Hepatitis C (i believe). need to rule out cirrhosis and CLD. check CBC, INR, ultrasound for liver, spleen and kidneys. anyother disease like high blood pressure or sugar?

cbc is all good. patient is diabetic and has portal hypertension taking carveda medicine
