GGT is non sepcific. can be high due to drugs or alcohol. ALT has improved. likely due to treatment of Hepatitis C (i believe). need to rule out cirrhosis and CLD. check CBC, INR, ultrasound for liver, spleen and kidneys. anyother disease like high blood pressure or sugar?
