Talk to Hepatologist on Liver Fibrosis

Assalamualaikum Dr, I am writing on behalf of my mother. She is a known case of Portal Hypertension and has been undergoing endoscopic sessions for the last 3 months. For the last 3 to 4 days she has been having fever that comes and goes and temporarily reduces after taking panadol.Also she is feeling very weak which is also visible. She is also complaining about dizziness, nausea and sometimes pain on the right side under the last rib, especially while breathing in. Please guide us on what to do next.
