please go for ESR ,Vitamin D and Calcium levels.than follow back.if already peptic ulcer take risek 20 mg along with pain killer .
If your back and shoulder not stiff when you wake up in morning. And the pain gets worse with activity; then it should be managed with back exercises, massage, simple pain killer such as paracetamol or brufen, etc.But if your back is stiff when you wake up, pain is worse after rest, pain wakes you from sleep, or pain doesn’t get better with activity or pain returns at rest, or pain is there for more than 3 months or there is family history of Ankylosing somdylitis / psoriasis / Crohn’s disease/ ulcerative colitis/ reactive Arthrits etc, then you need further work up.

how r u? how long have u been having this pain. is the back pain radiating to the legs? is there any numbness or pins,needles sensation in limbs? married? kids? any stress? do u take milk, yogurt,eggs or any supplements?most probably u have vitamin d deficiency and need to discuss proper history, get cbc,vit d levels checked.
u must take atleast 1egg, milk, yogurt, nuts daily.
Try to do some stretching and simple exercises. u need vit d oral replacement, voltral gel L/A and only take neubrol forte when needed.

Take tab nuberol forte one tablet in the morning one in the evening, tab myonal one tablet in the morning one in the evening and cap sunny d one weekly and tab cac 1000 one tablet daily
only one solution reduce belly as much as u can only 1 kg makes comfortable no other option
