At this age backache is not dangerous but use proper position while doing work and start with celbex 200 mg bd terniline 2 mg TDS. If no response do ct scan and send me the result

Thank.you for your response sir. i had MRI in London and it was clear. It was showing a little bit sacroiilitis. Doctors in London are not giving any medications and they are just focusing on exercise as they said that its just a muscle strain.
