Hi i want to know which basic tests should i have done for my parents , both are BP , sugar , cholesterol , heart patients and additionally my mother has thyroid problem as well. And they both get tired like after only half hour travel. Feel pain in foot , susti etc .. 1- cbc 2- lipid profile 3-sugar What others u prefer for lever, stomach, calcium, proteins, vitamins etc ? Hi thanx for consult .unfortunately both have multiple diseases.
Will advice to do full chemistry, like BUN, Creatinine ,Na,K,ca,mg ,ECG,and cardiac Echocardiograme.for patient with thyroid disease must do at least T3,TSH.
Would be better to see the patients bcoz in multiple diseases they drop EF n develop signs of heart failure like tiredness ,difficult to walk and swelling of feet .
