This is high dose for someone with 39yrs age .ideally it should be one tablet . Valam contains combination (basically it means inside one tablet there are two tablets) it will give lot of side effects. One tablet is enough but it should contain one drug.once blood pressure starts to remain high then cause of blood pressure need to be explored first and sometimes treating the cause will resolve the issue otherwise one has to take treatment for rest of their lives . You can book appointment then I will go through history and some investigations if needed and advise a plan for further management . Thanks
