Talk to Internal Medicine on Bones/Pain

My husband lives in Greece and since past few weeks, he has pain in his elbow, specifically at joint. Pain is of moderate intensity. He hasn’t faced any injury. So, we want to investigate the reason of this kind of pain. It is little difficult for him to visit doctor as it’s far away from his residence. He used ointments but didn’t vanish completely. Please suggest ways to get relief from this pain.
