I'm facing chest tightness from yesterday. It happens for a second. Sometimes its on the left side and sometimes its in the middle. I don't have any pain in arms or neck. I have anxiety too and taking therapy for that. I'm really worried. Is it cardiac pain or due to anxiety?
its not cardiac..most likely anxiety induced.what medicine you are taking?
Chest tightness could be secondary to many pathologies ,but need to rule out the one that can endangers some one life ,
U need to do an ECG ,followed by echocardiography

I had a echocardiography last year due to hypertension. The results were fine. My blood pressure is also normal now.

its likely to be cardiac de catch due to anxiety ....try to reduce or control ur anxiety ...it will be settled down IA ....
