Talk to Internal Medicine on Chest Tightness
Asking For Self, Male 17, Lahore
I'm facing chest tightness from yesterday. It happens for a second. Sometimes its on the left side and sometimes its in the middle. I don't have any pain in arms or neck. I have anxiety too and taking therapy for that. I'm really worried. Is it cardiac pain or due to anxiety?

Chest tightness could be secondary to many pathologies ,but need to rule out the one that can endangers some one life ,
U need to do an ECG ,followed by echocardiography

I had a echocardiography last year due to hypertension. The results were fine. My blood pressure is also normal now.
