Talk to Internal Medicine on Continuous Temperature And Headache

I have been suffering from a fever and headache for the last 12 days. The doctor diagnosed me with Malaria Vivax on March 1st and prescribed Artem medicine. However, there was no improvement, so I was given Artem injections, but still, there was no result. Later, the doctor prescribed three injections of GenM 120 mg along with other antibiotics, but I am still experiencing a fever, which starts midday, along with body fatigue, headache, burning sensation in my eyes, and pressure on my eyes.

Additionally, when I have dinner, I experience a heavy abdomen and stomach issues at night, but during the day, my stomach feels normal.
