Hello, I have gone through the concerns and issues that you are having for quite some time and I have also reviewed the scans of your neck and back and have the two different reports. After looking into it I think you are not having a degenerative disc disease at all because it is very reassuring that the scans of your neck and back are fine. It is indeed very reassuring for us that it does not look like that anything in your neck or back is causing trouble. Now we need to focus that why are you in so much pain and discomfort which you are indeed. For the time being please start on Tablet Citanew 5 mg once a day with Tablet Alp 0.25 at night and Tablet Inderal 10 mg thrice daily. We will keep a close eye on how your respond to treatment and will surely talk about it. I will like to have a detailed awareness of your social circumstances and past illnesses as well in order to have comprehensive view

according to your reports both are different and both does not show any serious issue. It can be resolved by proper posture management and exercises done under the supervision of physiotherapist.but its better to 1st evaluate yourself completely and give your detailed history like if you have fracture or dislocations in last years and
if pain or numbness is increased in any specific position etc.
assessment is needed before saying anything.
and also on the basis of your question,it shows that you are taking alot of tension regarding this which can also increase these symptoms so it is better to take appointment and then after assessment do physiotherapy and also consult neurologist for your symptoms.
thanks

Dr I also have been undergone Physiotherapy. But Physiotherapy didn't do any good to me perhaps it's made my condition more worse. I have no history of any fracture. There is present a specific point where i feel pain in neck. Early in the morning when i wake up sometimes when i try to take down saliva i feel pain in left neck. A kind of twitching.
