Dizziness,Chest Pain, Headache

Question

As-salamu Alaikum,

I&rsquo;ve been facing some health issues for a while now. I often feel sudden dizziness, headaches, and chest pain. Sometimes, I also experience kidney pain. These symptoms come and go unexpectedly, and I haven&rsquo;t consulted a doctor yet.

Can anyone guide me on what could be the reason for this and what I should do next? JazakAllah.
