my weight is 102kg and I'm unmarried according to my age ik it's too much
but due to liver pain mujhy say walk 15 mint say ziada ni hoti mujhy unbearable pain start hojata hai side mein mera bp sudden high 137/117 or 180/120 tk chala jata hai or sudden low 90/50 doctors kehty hain weight ke wajah say hai weight Kam kro even though I'm not eating properly due to liver issue and nausea
I'm just taking one meal a day all my blood reports are clear even though LFT is also clear but an ultrasound doctor said apke liver pay swelling hai
