Agar dawayi ki wja se maida kharab ho raha hai to dawayi badalni chahiye. Doosra ye k 2 haftay maiday ka capsule (omeprazole etc) high dose (40mg subah shaam) plus domperidone (teen dfa din mei) istimaal krein. Bloods 8.4 mean haemoglobin 8.4??if that’s case she is anemic ?what’s her age ? I need details of all medications? Diabetic Gastroparesis is possibility but it looks to me there is more underlying stuff that’s causing blood levels to drop and causing more weakness and loss of appetite.
