I have symptoms like depression, memory issues, difficult focusing, weight loss and hair loss Attached is my thyroid profile

I was vit D deficient, vit D level was 19, now I have tested and vit D levels are 73, stopped taking medicine as doctor prescribed I am also taking mecobalmin for 2 months 500mcg

But still I have the same symptoms
