I can help and guide you all
It sounds like you've been through a lot with your health recently, and it's understandable that you're feeling anxious. Experiencing a fungal infection, dealing with heavy medications, and then GERD can definitely take a toll on your mental well-being. It's good that your recent tests came back normal.
To give you the best advice, could you tell me:
1. How long have you been experiencing this heightened anxiety and health-related fears?
2. Are these feelings impacting your daily life (work, relationships, sleep, etc.)?
3. Have you tried any coping mechanisms or relaxation techniques to manage your anxiety?
4. Are there specific thoughts or triggers that seem to worsen your health anxiety?
Knowing more about these details will help me provide more tailored information.

Thank you for sharing these details. It sounds like you're dealing with a significant amount of health anxiety that is triggered by overthinking and has impacted your daily life, even though it's now more controlled. You've also tried meditation and deep breathing exercises.
Given that your recent tests came back normal, and considering the impact your health anxiety has had on your life, it might be helpful to explore some additional strategies to manage your sensitivity and cautiousness. Would you be interested in discussing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, which can help you identify and change negative thought patterns? Alternatively, we could explore mindfulness practices in more detail or discuss the potential benefits of consulting with a mental health professional for further support.
