assalamualaikum I just asked I have a fever since 2 days 102 max my question is I Feel my heart beat is so fast but I didn't check today I check in bp operator and my BP is 135/85 and heart beat is 131 is it normal in fever?

feeling breathing problem but not any other symptoms like flu and cough but BP is 140 /90 and heart beat is also 130 now

yes when I take Pandol tablet then fever is gone but heart beat is also above 120 sometimes 125 and somtimes 130 and BP is also 140/90 and I dont have any history of high blood pressure

for proper treatment of fever detailed history is needed. heart beat is high in fever but it's more raised.. have panadol and rest. and recheck pulse
