From a month im having pressure on my left hand like i feel pain on my heart side when i sleep i cannot able to sleep the pressure goes high.
is it constant thruout the day or comes and goes on exertion, get an ecg done and take tab nuberol fort morning evening for 3 days see if the pain gets better
