i have elevated heart rate for a year now it occured suddenly i got all tests done ecg echo holter monitoring sugar blood cholesterol cbc thyroid lfts every thing was good but sometimes physical activity becomes problem even though i was very active before symptoms started i have allot of headaches but no b.p issue and constant chest pain after pregnancy and breathing issue when i kay down my arms and hands also affected by pain sometimes heart rate is fine but somedays it gets triggered gain and severe chest pain could not even hold any thing taking alot of supplements even vitamin d but i am in alot of pain including constant head ache and my muscles get pulled

thyroid profile done already it was clear and also vitamin d level done vitamin d level were very low taking supplements and injections

vitamin d was 12ng/ml and calcium levels were also low took 4 to 5 oral injections but and coontinously taking supplements but absorption of nutrients is also disturbed after gallbllader removal

recheck vit d level . if it is still low . it is causing problem . you need the right dose of vit D to fix the problem . If it was very low you need a loading dose of about 8 lac units

Then get intramuscular injection .
sometimes the way you take oral injections is not correct . It should not be in a glass of milk or juice .. but in a spoon . because most of it gets wasted when taken in a glass
capsule form is available too though. If you don't want intramuscular injection .
Gallbladder surgery usually does not affect absorption that much

ur delivery was normal or via c section ?if c section than spinal anesthesia given ?
ur vitamin D level are very low n also calcium u can take cap of vitamin D Along with calcium supplement

ur vitamin D levels causes problem kindly do fresh report n take oral capsules available for it along with calcium
