Heavy Sweat Even In Cold

Question

Assalam Alikum!
its been more than a year that I swear a lot even in the cold room. In summers I use Ac at 16 with roof fan, but during sleep I woke up due to my pillow is wet of my sweat. The same happening now even in winters.
