Asalamoalaikum possibly its planter faciatis but can also be due to Nerve compression (tarsal tunnel)
Heel spur (bony growth)
Poor footwear or posture
Overuse or prolonged standing.
So you can do
Foot stretches before getting out of bed
Wear Comfortable shoes with good arch support
Cold compress to reduce inflammation
Pain relievers or anti-inflammatory meds
Physiotherapy or foot insoles (if needed)
But
You should take proper consultation with consultant physician either clinic or online for proper evaluation If pain or numbness worsens
If not improving in a few weeks
If walking becomes difficult

stop wearing flat shoes / sleepers and use joggers or silicon heel pad .
avoid sitting at lower heights on foot and do exercise with foot on round bottle .

anti inflammatory medication can be used after consulting a physician .
if no improvement then local injection can be given for symptomatic relief .
planter fascitis can cause such pain .
if you have also back pain then further testing needed
