i randomly do my all blood test which i have done every year this time all are ok but ALT is 66 and albumin is slightly up so i do ultrasound and the result was fatty liver grade 1 i don't face any of symptoms about energy level or anything how never history of alcohol or any bad habits how should i manage by doing lifestyle modification
