Talk to Internal Medicine on Hormonal/stomach/bladdar

Assalamu Alaikum! Dr, I'm bit confused about my ongoing issues within. I'm having sharp and stabbing pain in my pelvic area or navels as well as in my bladder. The pain occurs suddenly with gap in between and get worse wlth laying down especially at night and often in daytime. And I can't help myself with my persistent backache which radiates from lower to shoulders and neck. I'm feeling so weak and dizzy nowadays. My menstrual cycle is hard to predict. They're occurring yet sometimes earlier than date and sometimes on date and sometimes after and sometimes two times in a month with gap of 21 days. I feel shortness of breath and after taking milk i feel symptoms.
