I am 25 years old, and for the past 2–3 years, I have been experiencing increased sensitivity to cold, especially in winter. My body often feels as if it is about to start shivering, even when the temperature is not extremely low. My hands and feet remain cold most of the time. Due to the cold, I frequently experience a heavy sensation in my shoulders. I would like to understand the possible causes and seek appropriate treatment.
