Talk to Internal Medicine on Itching Pin Needle Type Sensation Inside Skin

A. A. I m facing an issue since 2 years i got pin needle type itching inside my skin espacialy at night in different area of body tingling not itching, usualy inside feet skin genital area but inside skin. i have done some tests which are HCV. NEGATIVE HBV. NEGATIVE VDRL. NEGATIVE ICT FOR TB. NEGATIVE CBC. NORMAL C. R. P. NEGATIVE LFT NORMAL URINE EXAMINATION NORMAL HIV NEGATIVE 1&2 All test i have done almost all are clear. What other test should i perform kindly tell me so i came along with my test reports. yes one more thing i notice sometimes a pimples appears on my hands like bump and blood inside pimples but after few days these turns vanish and became black from 2 years it happened 3 times and pin needle sensation is continues. Kindly mention further tests so i will perform and will bring all labs test with me. Thanks.
