Bevidox is three vitamins and taking always is not going to hurt. Once you get your blood B12 levels result, bevidox can be stopped or replaced by Vitamin B12 injections. You need one more test: Liver function test. For melasma there are many home remedies-like applying lemon juice or bleah cream before sleeping. You can apply Hydrquin cream on patches. You didn't tell how you got these patches? Are you using birth control pills? Or you are pregnant? (do not use this cream in pregnancy), Or taking any hormonal meds or any problem with liver??
