Lack Of Growth And A Lymph Node Around The Neck

Question

my son aged 5 has had a swollen lymph node in the back of the neck (in the pic) for sometimes and he has been diagnosed with tonsillitis as well. there has been no significant growth in his body in the last year or so.
he is 5 and around 3 feet tall and weighs 15kg no real activity except for laying down and watching the phone

Any suggestions on what could be the issue and what would be the appropriate treatment
