aoa, im 50 years old with no bp, diabetes issue, meri left arm numb rehti he pichly aik 2 months se, dard ni hota magar musalsal numb si rehti he , haath thanday nahi hoty na hi koi skin color change hota he, jab stress mein hoti hu to ziada hota he aese lgta he jese ants move kr rhi he arm mein, aur kbhi kbhaar heart beat buhat tezz hojati he, especially jb subha uthu, phr thora kaam wgyra kru dhyaan bhatkau to normal hojati he. ab ecg , cbc, echo, lipid profile, aur electrolyte test krwaye he, kia ye heart issue he, aur kia krna chaie isky liey. please help
ur heart rate is increased in ECG with mild st depression but ur echo is normal
