Asking For Self, Male 36, lahore
i am having left arm pain from shoulder to fingers from last month. starts normally from 11am to evening. i was at hospital with my wife last whole week and had tough routine. but didnt had this pain but from 3 days i am having severe vertigo and from yesterday have again severe pain in left arm along with diarhya. bp is around 150/105 on avg throught the day. taking tenorate 50 whenever bp is high only. i also have depression issue also and digestion issue.
I think you have elevated BP and likely Cervical spondylosis. You need to optimize your BP control and take some pain meds with Muscle relaxants for your arm pain
