I m facing this issue from 15 years bt in ramzan it increases. Sudden sharp pain in left side of chest, jaw, shoulder, arm. Heaviness and pain in stomach. Difficulty in sleeping, ghbrahat, headache,.. Buht bar ecg krwaya emergency gai bt dctr told its gastric issue. Med b boht khai bt no vain. Guide me why it is happening with me i am afraid of heart attack

Ecg, echo and holter all were clear, i m taking gaviscon syrup, omeprazole 40mg. I m married house wife, i do all house chores by my own no house help, spending hectic routine having 3 kids, 3 sections 1 miscarriage.

The pain starts all of the sudden and i piercing pain like teesain othna, sometimes pain in middle of the ribs and stomach, I burp and fart frequently and erge of urination imcresed to extreme level like i have to pee after every 15 to 20 mimutes

its due to anxiety try ti be social with your families or do make a call to someone who can make u feel comfortable... i had the same issue but when i get it i try ti be social .. in my opiniom severe stress is the main culprit behind trigering deadly disease .. so try ti overcome this feeling of anxiety
