You need to have full examination by a medical specialist . In the meantime have the following tests . CBC, RFTs,LFTs, BSRNa K+ TSH and Vit D level . After the reports come in . Get an appointment from medical specialist and get yourself checked

considering ur age and in this brief history I would consider mainly it's due to overuse muscle fatigue, nutritional deficiencies especially vit d ,calcium, magnesium and iron.. or it could be flat foot.. other neurological and vascular causes arr there but less likely .. so I would suggest a in person consultation as menstrual history, diet, physical activity, and sleep pattern all arr important. what u can also do is get cbc, vit d , iron studies, serum calcium and magnesium done.. meanwhile you can do gentle leg stretching exercises before bed, avoid caffeine before bedtime, and use warm compress or leg elevation
