It may or may not be a disease- considering you are taking paracetamol or cholesterol lowering meds or other things for a long time or in excessive amount. If you are exercising too much it temporarily increase liver enzymes. Similarly I f your weight is more than the normal for your height, it can cause high values of liver enzymes (as seen in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) due to some inflammation that is causing liver injury. Since viral liver disease like HBV and HCV can injure liver, so check for viral liver infection as well as an ultrasound of liver.
