Asking For Mother, Female 72, karachi

my mother is a diabetic patient since 9 years, high blood prasure almost from 30 years, also hyper thyroiditis . she takes her medicine regularly . she face a problem loose motion with out any diet changing . kuch medicine sa control ho jata ha . phir kuch din bad achanak start hota . she take insulin 2 times s a day. her weight over 100 kg.

First of all check her TSH to make sure that she is not over taking thyroxine. If TSH is normal then she need to check HBA1C as uncontrolled diabetes can lead to autonomic neuropathy and it can cause diarrhea. I think see a medical specialist if not improved with time.
