Vitamin D replacement is necessary but at the same time ,I would like to ask a few questions.
what was the need of ordering the Vit D level, i.e what were the symptoms?
what's the profession you are doing?
What about your's daily activities?
what about urinary frequency and any frothing in urine?
Any Co Morbidities like Liver and Renal diseases?
Any Generalized body swelling?
what about your's dietary habits?
What about your's bowel habits ,any chronic loose motions?
Your's weight?

please describe your complaints.Have you any other medical illness?You need to check your Fasting Calcium ,Fasting Glucose and CBC etc.
As your Vitamin D level is very low ,so better start Inj Vitamin D 042-32591427, iu units in a glass of water or milk every week for a month and then once monthly twice. Kindly repeat your Vitamin D level after 3 months
Take inj D4U one inj weekly for three months
Very low vitamin D levels. Again, proper history is required for systemic disorder. Dietary history is essential. Initially start opt-D capsule 200,000IU weekly for one month than every 15 days for 3 months. Proper follow up is required for maintenance therapy
