my mother has been noticing a tender abdominal mass on left side just below the ribs for two days, the pain is not radiationg , its dull , not associated with fever vomiting jaundice or anemia .

please get an ultrasound of abdomen and kidneys distalgesic twice a nexum 40mg early morning half hr before ultrasound report as it is done
kindly get an ultrasound done. and meanwhile for pain you can give tonoflex P one tablet twice aday . if it's turned out to be enlarged spleen then need further investigation
