strange, pinkish, lump near anal opening, appeared two weeks ago suddenly after feeling like there was itching and crack in skin, very painful, itchy and restriction in movements like while standing, one time blood after excessive rubbing few days ago, releasing strange fluid,mostly faint smell like onion ? liquid plz recommend some medicine/cream

Thank you for your query. The image is unclear, but based on your symptoms painful anal swelling with discharge this may be more consistent with an infected anal gland rather than simple hemorrhoids, which are usually painless.
I recommend avoiding self treatment and visiting a nearby general surgeon or physician for proper diagnosis.
Till then, you may apply a topical antibiotic cream like Fucidin and do warm sitz baths twice daily for relief.
