My daughter is 4 years old and has abdomen pain up and below of Belly button for last 2 weeks. Doctor diagnosed her Increase Lymph nodes of different sizes, also she has urine and stool place infection. Her Urine R/E is normal. Last year she also has same problem. Ultrasound report is attached here with. Weight of baby is 12.4 kg. kindly suggest her. Eating less than usual
