Talk to Internal Medicine on Lymphnodes Neck And Stomach

My child was complaing about stomach pain few days back we go for ultra sound from lab get it done reports was showing lymph nodes are swell , doctor said start cespan ds for 12 days. He was just complaining about tummy pain daily @ night . But he was not complaning about sore throat fever . This thing happend last @ 2024 in august now happened in feb 2025 . Now he is well but we had ultra sound again for after 12 days of his antibiotic course But lymphode node are still showing in stomach we are very worried please some guide us what to do .

No anthing no fever weight loss nothing he is normal eating normal playing everything is fine . Cbc esr crp we had last year when this thing happen all test was normal just crp was raised little
