Maray Chachu Ke Body Kay Different Part's Main Swelling Problem Hai

Assalamualaikum Doctor Sahab,
Mere Chachu ke pair Mai kaafi Arsay se swelling hai, kabhi zyada ho jati hai kabhi thori kam. Pair ke alawa body ke aur parts mai bhi kabhi kabhi sujan ho jati hai. Kisi tarah ka zakham ya chot nahi hai. Unka aik haadsa bhi hua tha kuch arsa pehle jisme unke right hand mai choti si steel ki piece permanent lagi hui hai (nikalwaayi nahi thi).
Kidney ka koi mMasla nahi hai, sugar aur BP b normal rehta hai.
Swelling kafi dino se hai, pain b hota hai thora thora.Kafii Saray Test Krwaya huway Lekin Kuch Smaj nai Lag rhi.
Please guide Krein ke kis Wajah se ho Sakti hai aur kya test ya treatment lena chahiye?
