just use vitamin D3 on alternate days with or after meals. IA will not have any issue of oral thrush.
kindly tell the constituents of BEEFORCE...
u should get first ur vitamin D3 levels then we ll decide either u need these 2 medicines or not..

if ur vitamin D already sufficient by taking jp vitaD3 u will develop hypervitaminosis D which result hairloss, lethargy ,irritability etc.
n beeforce contains supplements so it is safe untill u need it.
Kindly tell, fir what purpose, di you want to take these medicines and whether advised by some doctor or you want to take by your own, if you want to take as nutritional supplements, better you focus on your diet.
